Richard Swartz joined Measured Progress in 2010. He provides strategic leadership, with a special focus on developing products and services to improve teaching and learning.

Mr. Swartz is a veteran assessment professional and educator. He comes to Measured Progress after five years at Riverside Publishing, where he most recently served as president. During his 25 years in the testing industry, he has distinguished himself as a leader in the areas of assessment research and development, technology, and the creation of innovative products for both the domestic and international markets.
