Chief Marketing Officer

Joining Measured Progress in 2014, Justine Hargreaves became director of Marketing and Product Management in 2015. In 2017, she was appointed vice president of Marketing, overseeing the Marketing, Product Management, and Sales groups. Under her leadership, the company strengthened its focus on the district and classroom assessment markets, and increased its awareness of the changing needs of the statewide assessment segment. Ms. Hargreaves restructured her teams to better address district market requirements, refined the product portfolio, and introduced improved models and processes for her teams.

With the merger of Measured Progress with AdvancED in July 2018, Ms. Hargreaves became Chief Marketing Officer for the blended organization. She leads the effort to engage all segments of the expanded market with a new company brand and the unique benefits of an integrated continuous improvement system for educational institutions.

A former teacher, Ms. Hargreaves previously held leadership and strategic roles in marketing and product management with a number of leading curriculum providers. In those roles, she had extensive interaction with district-level staff and classroom teachers, giving her a deep understanding of those audiences.

Ms. Hargreaves is certified in the Pragmatic Marketing framework. She holds a master’s degree from the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study and a bachelor’s degree from Wells College.
