Vice President, Information Technology

Christopher Picou joined Measured Progress in 1992 as a Systems Engineer and quickly assumed roles of increasing responsibility. He moved into leadership as IT Manager and then Director of Software Engineering before being named Vice President, Information Technology.

Mr. Picou has played a central role in all of the company’s technology initiatives, including our proprietary online scoring system and our online test delivery and reporting platforms. He has contributed to the development of many systems that underpin program activities, from item authoring to online test production, from student data management to scanning and scoring.

Mr. Picou’s goal is to deliver ever-increasing technology capabilities to our staff members and clients, based on a free flow of ideas from his innovative and collaborative teams.

Mr. Picou earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Franklin Pierce University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
