A health insurance plan through Anthem is available to employees and their dependents. The insurance cost is shared by the company and the employee.
The dental plan offered through Anthem covers preventive, basic, and major care for employees and their dependents. The insurance cost is shared by the company and the employee.
The vision benefit through Anthem includes an annual exam and reimbursement and discounts for lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
The company offers employee life and AD&D benefits at two times the employee’s annual salary. Employees may purchase additional life insurance and AD&D for themselves and their dependents.
Short- and Long-Term Disability
The company offers short- and long-term disability programs at no cost to the employee.
Long Term Care Insurance
Long term care insurance is available for employees to purchase.
The company offers a 403(b) plan with a generous employer match. There is no waiting period for contributions or employer match. Employees are fully vested in the plan on their date of hire.
Paid Time Off
Employees may use paid time off for illness, personal business, or vacation. Employees start with the opportunity to accrue up to 22 days of annual paid time off.
The company observes winter break at the end of December and eight additional paid holidays during the year.
Educational assistance is available for individual courses or for courses that are part of an undergraduate or graduate program directly related to the employee’s current job duties or a foreseeable future position in the organization.
