The Council of Chief State School Officers is a nationwide, nonprofit organization composed of public officials who lead the departments responsible for elementary and secondary education in the states, the U.S. extra-state jurisdictions, the District of Columbia, and the Department of Defense Education Activity. In representing the chief education officers, CCSSO works on behalf of the state agencies that serve pre-K–12 students throughout the nation.

Measured Progress Presents at CCSSO Conference   

Measured Progress staff members are again presenting at the National Conference on Large-Scale Assessment hosted by the Council of Chief State School Officers. More than 800 people with a professional interest in large-scale student assessment programs attend this conference. This year’s event takes place June 19 through 22 at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas. Along with other presenters, Measured Progress staff will participate in the following presentations.
