Measured Progress full-time employees receive a generous benefits package. All employer-paid benefits are effective on the date of hire.
Medical
An Open Access Plus (OAP) health insurance plan is available to Measured Progress employees and their dependents. The insurance cost is shared by Measured Progress and the employee.
Dental
The Measured Progress dental plan covers preventive, basic/restorative, major/prosthodontics, and orthodontia for employees and their dependents.
Vision
The vision benefit includes annual exams and reimbursement for lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Life Insurance
Measured Progress offers employee life and AD & D benefits. Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.
Short- and Long-Term Disability
Measured Progress offers short- and long-term disability programs, as well as long-term care insurance.
Retirement Plan
Measured Progress sponsors a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with a five-year vesting schedule. There is a three-month waiting period for employee contributions and a one-year waiting period for employer contributions.
Paid Time Off
Employees may use paid time off for illness, personal business, or vacation. Paid time off is credited upon hire/anniversary date and is based upon length of full-time, regular employment.
Holidays
Measured Progress observes ten paid holidays during the year.
Tuition Assistance
The educational program for Measured Progress employees includes tuition for any accredited undergraduate (associate's or bachelor's degree) programs. Graduate degree programs must be directly related to the company's business.
Child Care
Measured Progress subsidizes an onsite early learning and child care center. Full-time and part-time infant, toddler, and preschool programs are available for Measured Progress employees.
